At our customer , they have faced significant challenges in managing logs efficiently. However, by using open-source software such as Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Grafana, as described in our own blog post (https://www.myidea.blog/log-management-solution-with-elasticsearch-logstash-kibana-and-grafana/), we were able to streamline our log management process and realize significant benefits.

We have provided new log management solution has significantly reduced the time and resources required to collect and analyze log data. By using Elasticsearch and Logstash, they are able to easily collect and process their log data, while Elasticsearch’s search capabilities allow us to quickly find and analyze the information they need.

Using Kibana and Grafana, we have set it up to  create visualizations and dashboards to easily monitor and analyze log data. This has been particularly beneficial for their customer service team, enabling them  to respond more quickly to customer requests and improve customer satisfaction.
