Who We Are
Bigs Bilişim Ltd. Şti. is an Istanbul-based technology company delivering managed IT services, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, DevOps automation, monitoring and log management, information security, and AI-assisted operations.
We were founded in 2021, in the middle of the pandemic — and instead of treating that as an obstacle, we built the company around it. From day one, Bigs Bilişim has operated as a remote-first engineering team, designed to support customers anywhere in the world without depending on a physical office. That founding decision still shapes how we work today: distributed, automated, always reachable, and measured by results rather than presence.
Our engineers and consultants come from enterprise IT backgrounds, with hands-on experience in large-scale Azure environments, Citrix platforms, datacenter migrations, and mission-critical system integrations. It is this experience that allows a young company to be trusted with the infrastructure of some of the world’s most demanding organizations.
What We Do
Our work is organized around five core practices:
- Managed IT & Outsourcing — We take operational ownership of your IT environment, from day-to-day administration to on-call incident response, so your team can focus on the business.

- DevOps & Automation — We replace repetitive manual work with pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, using tools such as Ansible, Docker, and modern CI/CD platforms.
- Monitoring & Log Management — We build observability stacks that detect problems before users do, and we turn alerts into controlled, automated operational actions.
- Information Security — We harden infrastructure, manage compliance requirements, and provide security consultancy for regulated environments.
Proven in the Enterprise
Since 2021, Bigs Bilişim has delivered projects and ongoing operations for enterprise customers including Mercedes-Benz Türk, Daimler Truck AG, Mercedes-Benz Otomobil Turkey, Infosys Turkey, Webhelp Turkey, and UCS Turkey, alongside growing businesses in logistics, food, sports, and retail technology.
The work behind those names is concrete: Azure application management and dealer domain management for automotive networks, Axway/SAP integration and datacenter transfer projects in Germany, Ansible-based on-premises server automation, operating system and Active Directory management at scale, and DevOps and Docker consultancy for infrastructure teams.
